Modern Villa Miryam
The newly built and modern Villa Miryam on the island of Krk in the village of Vrh (Busilak Street 41) provides comfortable accommodation for 12 guests.
A large heated outdoor pool of 50m2, a heated indoor pool of 12m2, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a variety of entertainment facilities provide all the prerequisites for a peaceful and relaxing holiday on the island of Krk for a group of friends or a family. The village is quiet, authentically Krk and offers an intimate and peaceful break from everyday life. The house offers a beautiful view of the greenery and the Velebit mountain, and from the top floor you can see the sea.

The outdoor terrace of the luxurious Miryam villa is dominated by a spacious 50m2 swimming pool and a lounge area with comfortable cushions suitable for enjoying both during the day and in the evening.
The heated pool, along with the indoor pool, sauna and indoor jacuzzi, and underfloor heating throughout the villa, make Villa Miryam ideal for a vacation on colder days. The terrace in front of the living room of this luxury villa on Krk offers comfortable outdoor furniture, and around the pool there are sun loungers where you can sunbathe. The summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area is located under a stone gazebo, making it ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.
The interiors of Villa Miryam are spacious, modern and warm, and the large glass walls provide plenty of light. The fully equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated living room and dining room are located on the mezzanine of this luxurious villa. The kitchen contains all the necessary appliances for the carefree preparation of all gastronomic delicacies. The living room offers a large corner sofa and a smart TV with Netflix option.
A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms. Comfortable and tastefully furnished beds, along with a TV and a private bathroom, provide full comfort in the bedrooms. The bathrooms offer walk-in showers and are equipped with towels and other toiletries.
On the second floor there are 4 more bedrooms, equally equipped. Three bedrooms offer balconies, one of which has a view of the pool and greenery, and the other two have a view of the sea.
The basement of the luxury villa Miryam hides a space for fun and relaxation! One room is equipped with modern equipment for exercise and fitness, and the other part is intended for socializing and entertaining the younger generations.
The second room offers privacy for those who want to practice yoga, meditate, play table tennis or enjoy some of the energy treatments, making the house suitable for hosting various types of retreats throughout the year. The entire villa is air-conditioned.
The villa also has underfloor heating and cooling.
The parking lot is spacious and can accommodate 4 cars. The entire villa is covered by WiFi signal.

Villa Miryam is located 5 km northwest of the town of Krk.
The location is suitable for hiking or cycling along the nearby roads and trails. The nearest beaches are in the bay of Sv. Juraj or Jert in Pinezići, and the Krk city beaches are only 10 minutes away by car.
The island of Krk is known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. The entire island is a paradise for sports enthusiasts. Whether you like climbing, cycling or running, there are numerous trails and paths where you can enjoy sports and see all the beauties of this island and reach beautiful viewpoints.
The island of Krk is also a place of rich historical and cultural heritage. Be sure to visit the local museums with ethnographic and sacral collections and the Church of St. Lucia, which houses a copy of the Baška Tablet, a valuable artifact that provides information about the development of the Croatian Glagolitic script, the Croatian language and culture.
