Welcome to Villa Miryam!

It is our great pleasure that you have chosen our house for your vacation.

In order to ensure you a pleasant stay and avoid any possible misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the house rules.

By commencing use of the accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with and agrees to the house rules and accepts the obligations and conditions stated herein.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation and charging of the full accommodation price, regardless of an earlier forced departure.

Upon arrival at the villa, you are required to present your personal ID card or passport to the host for registration with the Tourist Office, as well as a security deposit in the amount of 500 euros (not applicable to Airbnb guests). The deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure, provided that no damage or defects to the accommodation caused by the guests are found.

Bed linen is included in the price and is changed every 7 days. During your stay, you are responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the villa.

Upon departure, it is mandatory to dispose of all garbage in the designated bins (house number 41) in front of the villa and to separate waste during your stay.

Upon departure, the refrigerator must be emptied.

Pets are not allowed on any of the beds in the villa.

The host has no right to enter the rented villa without prior notice and the guest’s permission, nor to touch or use the guest’s personal belongings. The host may enter the property without the guest’s presence only in cases where there is a justified suspicion that the property or the guest’s belongings are in danger, or when there is a justified suspicion of a violation of the house rules.

Noise is not desirable in the house, especially during night rest from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. In addition to appealing for appropriate behavior by adults, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the behavior of children.

Please take care of the villa, switch off electrical appliances, and turn off the taps.

When leaving the rooms, please close all doors and windows to prevent damage in case of storms, thunderstorms, or drafts.

Persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation are not allowed to stay overnight or spend the entire day on the premises, nor to use the inventory without the explicit permission of the host. If persons who are not registered or were not announced at the time of booking are found, the host or the agency has the full right to cancel the accommodation for all guests. If you will be absent for more than 2 days, please inform the host.

A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes a malfunction or damage to the property must compensate the host for the full amount of the damage incurred. We kindly ask for responsible behavior and careful handling. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged, in the presence of the host, to inspect all rooms and household appliances and confirm that no damage has occurred. Only then may the guest leave the accommodation.

We kindly ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM on the day of departure so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests arriving after you, who are entitled to check in from 5:00 PM. Staying in the accommodation after 10:00 AM will unconditionally result in charging the daily rate, without the possibility of further stay in the accommodation unit. The keys must be returned at the end of the stay.

Guests who do not comply with the house rules and disturb the peace will have their accommodation unconditionally canceled. In the event of cancellation of the accommodation by the host or the agency due to a violation of the house rules, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reserved period, regardless of a shorter stay. If you decide to terminate your agreed stay earlier, you are obliged to pay for the entire reservation.

Please clean the barbecue after use so that it is available for other users. Guests must provide their own charcoal. We also ask you to exercise caution when using the barbecue to avoid unwanted fires.

Please take care of the rented accommodation unit and treat the furniture and equipment in the interior and exterior of the house with consideration. It is not permitted to move furniture between rooms, rearrange outdoor furniture, or take interior equipment into the villa’s courtyard.

Please fold the sun umbrellas after use and in case of wind or bad weather to prevent unnecessary damage.

Pool and Sauna Rules:

• Showering before entering the pool and jacuzzi is mandatory.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Entering the pool wearing shoes

• Running, jumping into the water, diving, and other activities that may cause damage

• Use of the pool by non-swimmers without supervision

• Entering the pool with infectious diseases

• Damaging the pool area and equipment

• Bathing pets in the pool

SAUNA:

The use of a towel while using the sauna is mandatory, as well as showering before and after use.

Entering the sauna wearing shoes is not allowed.

Use of the sauna is at your own risk.

If the house is left untidy upon check-out, which makes cleaning more difficult and time-consuming, an additional cleaning fee of 460 euros will be charged.

All complaints will be considered only if reported during the stay. Complaints made after departure will not be accepted.
